This service provides and proactively manages the data circuit; local area network; wide area network; all customer premise equipment; the latest desktops, laptops, and peripherals; the latest productivity software packages and systems; 24x7 help desk support; and real time backup of desktops. Hosting for web and business specific applications are also included. We can also factor into the monthly fees any customizations that your business may require. What's Included When you partner with Braveheart Technologies Corporation, your site will be assessed to see what network infrastructure is required, such as hard wire or wireless connections to each device location, and secure network equipment closets or cabinets. The data circuit will be ordered. Existing equipment, software, and data will be assessed to determine what is feasible to migrate over to the new service and what is not. Equipment will be ordered for installation at your site, and any software licenses required will be obtained. All equipment and software is installed, and data migrated, attempting not to disrupt your business operations. After everything is in place to support your business operation, you and your employees will be given an orientation to your new equipment and software, what services are available, and how to utilize those services. 24x7 services include technical support to you and your employees, monitoring of the data circuit uptime and performance, monitoring of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other supporting equipment at your site. Data on your desktops, and network-connected laptops are backed up in real-time, either to a cache server at your site to enhance performance, and then to the operations center, or directly to the Operations Center to prevent any disaster with your data. You and your employees will have the ability to restore files yourselves. All servers and data will be backed up for disaster protection purposes on a daily basis, with copies stored off site. Software updates, patches, and anti-virus images are tested and then pushed to or pulled by each network-connected device to enhance reliability and protect the systems and data integrity. Each desktop and laptop will have a core set of applications, including technical support tools, the latest office suite, and miscellaneous utilities as well as virus inoculation tools. You and each of your employees will have access to a Microsoft Exchange email, messaging, and collaboration account. You will have access to a content management system, basic business accounting system, customer relationship management system, and a location to host a simple internet web site and an intranet web site. Having the core functionality be consistent across all seats will keep costs lower and service high. Applications specific to your business, systems, tools, and special peripherals can be supported as needed to meet the needs of your business. As software applications and systems are updated, they will be tested against the standard desktop and laptop configuration, and then upgraded, giving you and your employees a window of opportunity to upgrade at your leisure before the upgrade becomes mandatory. Desktops, laptops, and peripherals are upgraded at your subscription interval, generally every 24 or 36 months. Other equipment will be upgraded as required.
