Our hosted PBX service is so affordable and easy-to-use that it makes sense for residential as well as business customers.

You can utilize standard phone lines from your local phone company or utilize the built-in VoIP connectivity. The phones typically utilized in our PBX systems are IP based as well, though analog phones are also supported. Our PBX solution allows you to arrange any combination of analog or IP phones in the office, with no limit to the number of phones that can access the PBX system. Our PBX systems support phones from many different vendors such as Cisco, Polycom, Linksys, to name a few, so you are not tied down to one phone manufacturer like so many other PBX systems.

We can provide cost effective solutions for PBX systems handling from 1-3 simultaneous calls to 100+ simultaneous calls.

What's Included

Our VoIP PBX System is a phone system that harnesses new and old technologies.  From connecting to standard POTS (plain old telephone systems) to VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) service providers, our PBX system can be designed to match your unique needs and budget.  Even at the lowest budget level, our PBX systems include the following features as standard:

  • Auto-Attendant (IVR); nearly limitless number of IVR's (Base installation includes assistance with setting up 1-5 IVR menus and 1-5 Queues. Additional IVR menus or queues available at small, but additional, cost)

  • Time conditional IVR messages

  • Voicemail; minimum of 300 hours available (Storage space shared by Voicemail and Call Recording. Amount of space required determined during assessment. Easily expandable to over 1,500 hours.) (Warning, some systems measure their storage space in minutes, not hours.)

  • Voicemail to Email; have your voicemail message sent to your email box.

  • Unlimited internal extensions

  • Unlimited remote/external extensions; can utilize cell phones as remote extensions

  • Conference Calls; 1-100 participants, only limited by number of phone lines

  • Branch Office Support; connect multiple offices for free office-to-office calls

  • Call Recording; minimum of 300 hours available (Storage space shared by Voicemail and Call Recording. Amount of space required determined during assessment. Easily expandable to over 1,500 hours.) (Where allowed by law.)
    Call Queues; nearly limitless number of call queues (Base installation includes assistance with setting up 1-5 IVR menus and 1-5 Queues. Additional IVR menus or queues available at small, but additional, cost.)

  • Music-On-Hold / Advertising-On-Hold; system comes with default music selection (Default music includes classical music selection. Can add your own mp3 files, or have on-hold advertising messages professionally created. We can provide custom on hold advertising.)

  • Name Directory; last/first/both name search directory feature

  • Supports DIDs; each employee can have their own number

  • Support analog or IP phones; Braveheart Technologies Corporation recommends the use of IP phones
